Senior Care

Nicola Berthelsen is employed by both the Waimea Parish and the Wakefield Parish as the Senior Care Coordinator. She leads a team of people visiting and caring for senior members of the Brightwater and Wakefield community.

    Exercise and Games

    We call this Exercise and Games because that’s exactly what it is. Each session begins with a range of age-appropriate exercises. When these are finished, the tables come out for morning tea, followed by table games. This is a fun and social morning with a warm and welcoming vibe.
